“I don’t need a diaper change,” you pout, dramatically sticking your bottom lip out. I roll my eyes and smirk, knowing full well that you need to be changed. You think you’re so sly, but I’m not falling for it. The air in here is thick with your stench. I wonder what you ate for breakfast.
“Come on, Mr. Stinky,” I tease, using your favorite nickname. “Let’s get you all cleaned up.” You squeal and try to run away, but I’m too quick for you. “Nooooo…I’m already clean!” I chase you around the room, laughing as you giggle and try to escape. You’re usually fast, but are held down by the weight of your diaper. “I don’t want a diaper change!” you protest as you waddle across the room, diaper sagging. I pretend you’re too fast for me, then catch you. You give in and take my hand as I lead you to the changing table. “You need a new diaper because your bum STINKS,” I say setting you down on the table. I get everything else we need to change you?”
“Yesssss!” you exclaim, as I hand you three different diapers to choose from. After a moment of consideration, you very seriously state “I want Big Bird!”
“Excellent choice! Lay down so we can get this stinky diaper off of you!” I undo the tapes on your dirty diaper and slide it off, then grab the wet wipes to clean you. It was a huge mess, so I have to be more thorough than usual. You blush and look away, embarrassed at being exposed. I don’t blame you – it’s not every day that you get naked in front of someone else, let alone submit like this.
“There you go,” I say, patting your bottom. “All clean and fresh.” You smile and sit up, looking down at your new diaper. “Big Bird!” you exclaim, pointing at the colorful pattern. “I love Big Bird!” I laugh and ruffle your hair. “I’m glad you like it. Now, let’s get you dressed and go play.” You nod and stand up, letting me help you into your clothes. As I button up your overalls, I can’t help but feel a sense of satisfaction. Taking care of you like this might be a little unconventional, but it’s something that we both enjoy.
