I stood center stage, as the hardwood beneath my heels vibrated with the roar of the crowd. My focus; however, remained entirely on the panel of judges. Specifically, after weeks of studying him in preparation for today, I was focused on Arthur Vane.
Vane may have been a leg contest connsoeur, but he didn’t care about muscle tone or athletic symmetry. It turned out, he had a singular, obsessive weakness…the tactile, liquid sheen of high denier hosiery. Here’s the thing, guys. The winner of the contest was to be awarded a 1 year contract with a top modeling agency, so of course I wanted to win. I needed it!
Legs Contest
Beneath my silk dress, I wore a pair of brand new, pristine pantyhose. They were a deep, rich suntan shade, woven with a high gloss finish that caught the stage lights and turned my legs into what I believed would be the stars of the show.
“Miss Amber,” Vane croaked, as I stepped onto the stage and flashed him a glimpse of my shiny legs. He immediatly stood up and leaned over the table, with his eyes locked onto my calves. “Would you mind…a closer inspection?” The audience went quiet. “Not at all, Mr. Vane,” I replied with a smile.
I stepped off the riser and walked toward him. The sound of the nylon rubbing together was almost audible throughout the room. I stopped directly in front of him and lifted one leg.
Vane didn’t even look at my face. His hands, trembled slightly as he reach out to touch me. As his palms met my shins, I let him press down, letting his calloused fingers drag upward. I knew he was searching for the texture, the resistance, and the way that tthe glossy slide of the fabric felt against my skin. His eyes fluttered shut as he traced the length of my thighs.
“Satisfied?” I whispered. He looked up at me, obviously trapped in the web I’d woven just for him. He nodded, unable to speak, with his hand still lingering on my knee.
I knew then that the contract was mine.
