I heard Daddy complain about the lack of motivation for his employees in his company. He said that right now, he just can’t raise people’s salaries. But he wants to find a way to reward those who work hard and are dedicated to the company. I told Daddy to leave it to me. Because I knew exactly how to motivate the men in his company. I asked Daddy to promise his employees a special appreciation day each month. All I needed was an empty room and I’d take care of everything else.
Daddy seemed unsure at first. But I told him that this was totally something I could take care of for him. Daddy has so much on his plate running his company. Let me be in charge of the HR department of employee motivation.
Employee
I told Daddy this past Friday would be my first day to host this event. He set aside one of the conference room and then trusted me to do my thing. I wore a long black trench coat when I arrived at the office. Then I took the productivity report that Daddy printed out for me. He arranged the employees from most productive to least productive for me.
I took the report into my work area and went through the list. Then I set up the rest of the items that I’d brought with me. Finally, it was time to reward the first employee. I opened the door, still dressed in my trench coat and called out his name. He stood up at his desk and I told him that I needed to see him in the conference room.
He walked over so hesitantly. I know none of them knew what to expect. But I knew that after today, they’d all start working way harder. When he finally entered the room, I closed the door and took off my trench coat revealing the sexy mini skirt and crop top I’d worn underneath. Then I informed him that he was allowed to do anything and everything he wanted to me for the next hour.
