One of my best friends is a very successful real estate agent. She had been telling me about a high profile client that was interested in a multi million dollar listing. It would be her biggest sale yet. But she had gotten word that he was also looking at another listing and she was nervous. When the day came to show the property, she had a horrible migraine. She told me that she had to make this sale no matter what. I was going to have to go show the property. But since I wasn’t licensed, I would have to act like I was her. I was mortified. But I wanted so badly to help her. I didn’t have time to study the property or look over notes. I just had to get there in time for the showing.

Luckily, I arrived in time to go through 20,000 square foot, 4 story property. Floor to ceiling windows that can be controlled at the push of a button to control if they are tinted, opaque, and if you can see in or out. All the finest fixtures, marble, and granite shipped in from Italy. There’s a glass atrium and elevator in the middle of the ground floor great room that includes a glass wine cellar. The second was the primary suite as well as 5 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The top floor is a roof top balcony with a full kitchen, bar, and 12 person hot tub imported from Thailand. Each seat has multiple jets that massage EVERY part of the body. They are used in bath houses. And of course it wouldn’t be complete without the underground sex dungeon.
