It’s been taking me a minute to find my more dominant side but I think this weekend we made a turn. I had a new client approach me who was incredibly submissive. We took the time to go over limitations and desires, expectations and wants from the call. It took my a lot of questions to get myself to a space where I felt I understood what it is they were looking for. I had gathered that they were quite authoritative and responsible for people on a day to day work basis. They were craving not only escape but meaning and belonging. I could understand meaning and belonging, but they gave me the sense that they almost craved ownership. Someone to own them and show them “it doesn’t matter what you want, it’s about what I want.”
